As a woman in business, equipped with a degree in Management and Masters in Counselling Psychology, finding the balance between the stronger and more limiting sides of myself has been a journey. Around boardroom tables and behind office doors, the late night hours and early mornings - Connection is what keeps us in the game. In my personal and professional life, my luster to return is ignited when I keep my mind, body and spirit healthy. In this space, I feel rich in all areas of my life. 

There are three wisdoms I've found most profound along my journey:

1) We are animals. Work life can consume us and our work family can become as important to us as our close knit loved ones. Primal instincts can sway decision making in all relationships making for wild dynamics! 

2) Relationships are key. Yes, we are attached to the relationship we have with our life's work, yet we are driven by the people we involve in our success. Our connection to our core beliefs and how we relate to those we hold in company determine what roads we choose to travel.

3) Our health is imperative to enjoying our success. The culmination of how we feel in our mind, body and spirit dictates our ability to experience life in full. Committed practice in these areas will always be a roadmap home.
